We don't store or sell your personal data, and most of what our apps do happens entirely on your device. Yes. Torrq is free to download and use. It's supported by unobtrusive ads, so there's no charge to you.
Torrent speed and availability depend on the number of healthy peers and your network. Check that the app has storage permission, that you have a stable connection, and that the torrent has active seeders. If issues persist, contact us with details.
