Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Antude's website and apps. Please read them carefully — using our apps means you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using any Antude app or website (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for their intended purpose. You may not sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the apps except as expressly permitted.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Services except where permitted by law.
- Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Services.
4. Torrq & user content
Torrq is a general-purpose tool for downloading content via the BitTorrent protocol. Antude does not host, provide, control, or endorse any torrent content. You are solely responsible for the files you choose to download, share, or distribute.
You must respect copyright and applicable law. Do not use Torrq to download or share material you do not have the right to access. Antude is not responsible for how you use the app.
5. Ownership & content
The Antude name, our app names (Torrq and Docsy), and the original designs and content we create are ours. Antude is an independent project and is not yet a registered company, so these terms don't claim any registered trademark — but please don't copy our branding, designs, or content, or present them as your own.
Our apps include third-party and open-source components, which remain the property of their respective owners and are provided under their own licenses.
6. Third-party content & services
Our Services may interact with third-party networks, peers, websites, or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services, or your access to them, at our discretion and without notice where reasonably necessary.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We'll update the "last updated" date above.
11. Governing law
Antude is currently an independent project and is not yet incorporated as a registered company, so these terms do not designate a specific company jurisdiction. Your use of our apps is subject to the laws of the country in which you live, and any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have there continue to apply in full. If Antude becomes a registered entity in the future, we'll update this section.
